Terms and Conditions
Payment of this invoice constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Beach Shutters & Blinds. By making payment, Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including policies regarding custom products, delivery, installation, warranties, and limitations of liability.

Payment Terms
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Any unpaid balance may be subject to collection costs, court costs, reasonable attorney's fees, and interest as permitted by Florida law.
2. Custom Products
All window treatments are custom manufactured specifically for the Customer's windows and specifications. Once an order has been submitted to the manufacturer, all sales are final. No cancellations, returns, exchanges, refunds, or credits will be permitted except as required by law.
3. Product Selection
The Customer is solely responsible for the final selection and approval of all product specifications, including style, fabric, color, material, opacity, operating system, motorization options, and other design choices.
4. Color & Lighting Variations
The appearance of colors, textures, and materials may vary depending on lighting conditions and manufacturing variations. Minor variations are normal and do not constitute defects.
5. Light Control Expectations
Room-darkening and blackout products significantly reduce incoming light but do not eliminate all light. Light gaps are inherent in most installations. Complete darkness is not guaranteed.
6. Delivery & Shipping Delays
Beach Shutters and Blinds is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping carriers, weather events, labor shortages, supply chain disruptions, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond its control.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly manufactured, Beach Shutters and Blinds will coordinate repair, replacement, or remake at no additional cost to the Customer.
8. Delays, Damages & Refund Policy
Shipping delays, manufacturing delays, backorders, or products damaged in transit shall not entitle the Customer to cancellation, refunds, credits, chargebacks, or compensation.
9. Measurements & Fit Tolerances
Industry-standard deductions, clearances, overlaps, and tolerances may be necessary to ensure proper installation and operation. Minor gaps and alignment differences are normal and do not constitute defects.
10. Installation Conditions
Beach Shutters and Blinds is not responsible for out-of-square windows, uneven walls, hidden obstructions, structural conditions, or pre-existing damage.
11. Preparing for Installation
The Customer is responsible for moving furniture, décor, electronics, artwork, plants, and valuables away from the installation area prior to installation.
12. Natural Product Variations
Natural variations in wood, woven materials, fabrics, finishes, and other components are expected and are not considered manufacturing defects.
13. Future Orders & Color Matching
Beach Shutters and Blinds cannot guarantee exact color, fabric, material, or finish matches between separate orders placed at different times.
14. Motorization & Smart Home Systems
Beach Shutters and Blinds is not responsible for future compatibility issues involving software, firmware, Wi■Fi, apps, or smart-home systems.
15. Manufacturer Warranties
Products are subject only to the warranties provided by the manufacturer unless otherwise stated in writing.
16. Acceptance of Installation
Any concerns regarding workmanship, installation, or product condition must be reported in writing within five (5) business days following installation.
17. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Customers agree to provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve warranty, remake, or shipping-related issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
18. Limitation of Liability
The maximum liability of Beach Shutters and Blinds shall be limited to the original purchase price of the affected product.
19. Events Beyond Our Control
Beach Shutters and Blinds shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond its reasonable control.
20. Florida Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
